Who are we?

We are a home-based kitchen located in the northeast area of Singapore. We totally enjoy seeing our dog getting excited over meals, finishing every single bit of food in her bowl (literally sparkling clean bowl) and keep going back for more. And we know how time consuming preparing the ingredients and cooking can take. We would love to extend this service to all dog owners in Singapore. Read our humble beginning here
What payment modes are accepted?

We only accept bank transfer or paynow currently.
How much do I need to feed my dog?

You may refer to our feeding guide to estimate how much to order. The feeding amount can be adjusted until you find the amount that maintains a stable weight. If your dogs are currently feeding on kibbles or have sensitive stomach, it's best to slowly transit.
How to prepare the food?

Step 1: Take out the required amount of food into your dog's bowl Step 2: Pour sufficient warm/hot water enough to warm the food into the bowl to exude aroma into the air Step 3: Your dog will run to you drooling Step 4: Serve!
How long will the food be able to last?

All meals are freshly prepared upon order and should be able to last for 3 months in freezer at constant temperature. However, we recommend to consume them within 2 months of purchase. In chiller: must be consumed within 2 days for optimum freshness. At room temperature: to discard any meals that are left outside for 2-3 hours to avoid contamination. Best practice: take out the next day meal the night before to the chiller and let it defrost overnight.
How the order process works?

Our meal plans comes with 15 days trial, 30 days and 60 days with up to 1, 3 and 6 recipes respectively. Fill up the order form and we will contact you via whatsapp by the next day. Once order is confirmed, you may make payment within 24 hours and we will start preparing.
When can I receive the order?

We will deliver the following Saturday upon order. Cut off date/time for order is every Sunday 2359 hours. For example, order request is sent on 16th December 2018, 2359 hours (Sunday), delivery will be made 22nd December 2018 (Saturday). If there is an urgent request, do let us know and we will work it out.
What's the delivery charges?

Free courier delivery for orders $80 and above. For orders below $80: - $8 for weekend courier delivery - $12 for weekday courier delivery Free normal postal mail for treats orders $35 and above. Self-collection is welcome. Weekday delivery timing: 7pm - 9pm Weekend delivery timing: 11am - 3pm
